Kristin Cavallari Holds Daughter For First Time Since Car Accident

Kristin Cavallari is enjoying some long-awaited mother-daughter time.

The former reality star revealed on Thursday that she's finally able to hold her infant girl again, after taking time to heal from a Jan. 21 car wreck that dislocated her elbow.

Kristin shared the good news with her Instagram followers, posting a touching photo of herself cuddling in bed with 2-month-old Saylor.

"Morning snuggles with my girl," she captioned the sweet snap, adding, "First time I've been able to hold her by myself in a week."

Despite joking in an earlier post that her "arm hurt like a bitch," Kristin seems to have kept a positive outlook throughout what's been a tough couple of months.

"I have such an appreciation for life," she wrote on Wednesday, reflecting upon both the accident and the tragic loss of her brother, Michael, who was found dead on Dec. 10 after being reported missing two weeks earlier.

Saylor is the third child for the 29-year-old designer and her husband, Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler. They also have two boys, Camden, 3, and Jaxon, 1.
