‘The Good Wife’: Alicia’s Rage Toward Eli Turns Violent in New Promo

The fallout from Eli's shocking confession about deleting a voice mail from Will sends Alicia into a dangerous spiral.

Has The Good Wife gone mad?

Alicia Florrick (Julianna Margulies) is known for playing it close to the vest with her emotions, but in the new promo for the CBS drama's January return, she's letting loose -- and not in a good way. 

New footage for the Jan. 10 episode teases the explosive and plate-shattering aftermath of Eli (Alan Cumming)'s stunning confession. In the final moments of the winter finale, he revealed that hehad  deleted a voice mail from her former lover Will (Josh Charles) in which Will said he was in love with her and would do anything to be with her.

Years have passed -- and Will has tragically died -- since Eli's bold move, but that doesn't mean Alicia is going to let his slip-up go so easily.

In stark contrast, Alicia is seen throwing plates near Eli's head and slamming the door with extreme force.
