‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ Cast Celebrates At Hollywood Premiere

The "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" cast and creative team descended upon Hollywood on Monday night for the film's massive premiere.

Access Hollywood caught up with all the familiar and new faces, who are just days away from their highly anticipated opening day. Here's how the cast was feeling ahead of the huge movie:

John Boyega (Finn): "It feels amazing. This is two years in the waiting. A lot longer for people who have loved 'Star Wars' since they were kids. For me, I never imagined myself to be involved in this movie specifically and I feel blessed. I feel very, very blessed."

Carrie Fisher (Leia):  "It's groovy and – wait for me, it's precedented. Not really but sort of. But I mean that I did the other ones and that was really weird. But this is not weird, in a fun way."

Daisy Ridley (Rey): "It feels insane. My nerves have been like all day. So my brain's like, I don't know what's happening. I think sitting and watching the film with an audience would just be amazing. And we're all together. We've not been together in a long time."

Harrison Ford (Han Solo): "I'm delighted. And I know that, I know [the fans] are gonna be happy. J.J.'s made a terrific movie, they're great new cast members. And it was really, you know, a pleasure to make, it's gonna be a pleasure to turn it over."

"Star Wars" original director and creator George Lucas: "It's exciting. I'd say this is a big deal. We didn't have any premieres on the other films. I was too cheap. I said I'm not gonna spend $3 million on a premiere. "

"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" opens on December 18.
