“Lip Sync Battle” returns on January 7, and the first trailer for Season 2 has just been released online. Watch the promo below!
The footage teases some of the epic showdowns that will take place on the new season of the music competition show, in which two celebrities face off with lip sync performances. Each star lip syncs two songs before the audience determines the winner of the battle.
One of the notable battles that will go down during the second season includes Channing Tatum versus his wife, Jenna Dewan. But what makes this episode even more exciting is that Beyonce will reportedly make a surprise appearance during Tatum’s rendition of her song “Run The World (Girls).”
Additionally, it appears that Hayden Panettiere will get some help from Christina Aguilera on “Lady Marmalade,” while Gigi Hadid will be accompanied by Nick Carter and A.J. McLean for the Backstreet Boys’ “Larger Than Life.” Other famous faces that will pop up on Season 2 include Shaquille O’Neal, Kaley Cuoco, CeeLo Green, Kevin Hart, Olivia Munn, Eva Longoria, Josh Gad, Joel McHale, Snoop Dogg, and many more.
