NBC's singing competition averaged a steady 3.2 rating among adults 18-49 and nearly 12 million viewers, winning the night in the key demo. Neighbor Blindspot, which just got an extra vote of confidence from the network with a early sophomore pickup, was the night's No. 2 program with a steady 2.2 rating with adults 18-49.
Dancing With the Stars, the night's most-watched telecast with 12.5 million viewers, nabbed a similarly steady 2.0 rating in the key demo ahead of a new Castle (1.0 adults).
On CBS, Supergirl continued its decent from October's lofty premiere. Still among the top 5 broadcast series of the night, it shed another half of a point with adults 18-49 for an average 1.7 rating. The first few episodes' worth of live-plus-seven day ratings, which will start to roll in later in November, will tell how much of an audience the series is recouping with time-shifting — as is often the case with genre fare. In same-day showings, that puts Supergirl just behind steady lead-out Scorpion (18 adults). NCIS: Los Angeles took a 1.2 rating in the key demo for the night.
Repeats may not be much better than Fox's Minority Report burn-off. A Bones encore only nabbed a 0.5 rating after an even Gotham (1.5 adults).
The CW's block of Crazy Ex Girlfriend (0.3 adults) and Jane the Virgin (0.4 adults) was unmoved.
