Paris Hilton has a good reason to be happy right now. Whilst in Switzerland, Paris revealed to the world that her "love", who we know as Swiss businessman Thomas Gross, had surprised her with this stunning G Wagon AMG. Gross is worth an estimated $200 million so we're guessing he has a nice collection of his own as well.
