Kris Jenner is NOT “pushing” Kim Kardashian to “cash in” before she gives birth, despite a stupid new story that actually spells “cash” with a K. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk the report. We’re told it’s entirely off-base.
According to RadarOnline, Jenner “doesn’t want her nearly eight months pregnant daughter to miss out on opportunities to make more money.” The momager is supposedly “pushing the 35-year-old reality star to rake in the big bucks, much to the consternation of her heavily pregnant daughter.” And now the two are said to be battling.
“Kim wants to take it easy at the end of her pregnancy She has been going non-stop the whole time and she wanted to cut back on her commitments but Kris just won’t let her,” a so-called “insider” alleges to the webloid. The tipster goes on to explain, “Kris wants to make sure that Kim is doing everything she can to stay in the public eye and get paid for appearances and increase her brand awareness.”
The momager “knows that Kim is her cash cow, [and] won’t let her slow down now. She is always aware of when the family’s brand is doing well, and Kim’s pregnancy is a prime time,” adds the RadarOnline snitch. Meanwhile, the supposed source says “Kim doesn’t want to do anything to jeopardize the baby, and she wants to relax, but Kris just keeps reminding her that she has a responsibility to her whole family and she really never takes no for an answer.”
It’s even claimed Kanye West’s efforts to intervene have failed. “Kanye has said he wants Kim to slow down too, but Kris is in charge,” claims the alleged tipster. “She is going to make sure that Kim gets every dime she can from this pregnancy.”
Interestingly, RadarOnline’s tall tale came out on the exact same day as a new interview with Jenner, in which she shared the rules by which she guides her family. “God first, family second, and everything else comes behind that,” she said. And “everything” would include work.
Jenner is keeping Kardashian’s health a priority, particularly given the rough time she’s had with both pregnancies. A rep exclusively tells Gossip Cop that RadarOnline’s claims to the contrary are all “false.”
