Kim Kardashian Helped Khloe Kardashian Shut Down Body Shamers

Kim Kardashian gave her sister Khloe a few pointers on how to boost her confidence – and maybe break the internet, too.

In an upcoming episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," Khloe reveals that she was initially skeptical about participating in her now-famous photo shoot for Complex magazine.

The 31-year-old tells Kim that her insecurity stems in part from the comments she gets regarding her past weight struggles.

"Someone said to me the other day, 'I looked at old pictures of you' and they were like, 'You were so big,'" Khloe says in a sneak preview clip released on Wednesday. "I was like, 'Why are you looking at old pictures of me?'"

Apparently, it wasn't the first time she's had that conversation.

"Guys and girls say this to me," Khloe tells Kim. "It's like a known thing, how fat I was."

Khloe has shed more than 30 pounds in the last year, thanks to a dedicated exercise regime she's kept well-documented on social media. Despite her trim new physique, however, she still had second thoughts about Kim's plan to silence the body shamers once and for all.

"If you just do so many photo shoots, it'll replace all the bad ones," Kim advises. "What do you want out there on the internet? Don't you want to replace every bad image of you?"

Kim then reveals she's pulled a few strings to help Khloe land a high-profile gig.

"They want you to do the cover of Complex. I got you the cover of Complex. Don't turn this down," she tells a hesitant Khloe.

"Those people have, like, the best bodies," Khloe says. "I can't do that."

Khloe explains her reluctance in a separate confessional segment, telling viewers that she and Kim don't have the same philosophy about stripping down for the camera.

"I appreciate the effort, but I am not like you, Kim," Khloe says. "I'm not as comfortable baring my naked ass on the cover of a magazine. It just…it's weird to do that."

She did eventually change her mind, of course – Khloe's sexy Complex spread hit newsstands in July, and the experience may have helped conquer her fears once and for all.

The "Kocktails With Khloe" host later posed nude for the cover of her new memoir, "Strong Looks Better Naked."

Season 11 of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" premieres Sunday, Nov. 15 at 9 PM ET on E!
