Khloe Kardashian tells Access Hollywood that Lamar Odom's recuperation continues to improve and the former NBA star is getting better day by day.
"He is doing better every day which is such a blessing, and I'm so grateful for that," Khloe said on Monday at the book signing of her new book "Strong Looks Better Naked" in Los Angeles.
"I really do believe in the power of prayer and everyone being so positive and loving towards him. I think that, like even if he knows everything or not, I think that helps so much having that energy out there," she continued. "He's doing better every day and I'm so grateful for that."
Khloe helped keep Lamar's spirits high with a birthday celebration at the hospital last week.
"It was important for me that he knew it was his birthday and that he felt loved," she explained. "I had some of his friends that he's known since he's been like eight… that I had come by. Some teammates… we had cake, little hats, blowers, it was nice."
The 31-year-old has been by Lamar's side since he was found unresponsive at a legal brothel in Nevada on October 13.
Following Lamar's medical scare, the former couple called off their nearly finalized divorce.
