In fact, the beef is said to have started back in 2000. 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson III, claimed he was stabbed by Irv “Gotti” Lorenzo, who founded Ja Rule’s Murder Inc. record company, his brother Christopher, and another Murder Inc. rapper named Ramel “Black Child” Gill. Irv and his brother Chris were charged for assaulting him, but the charges were dropped and Black Child confessed to stabbing 50 Cent.
