Halle Berry is NOT “worried” Olivier Martinez will do a “tell-all,” despite a report. Gossip Cop can correct the story, which comes from one of the tabloids. We’re told there’s no truth to the claim.
According to Life & Style, Berry is “absolutely petrified” that Martinez “will do a tell-all interview and reveal her secrets.” The magazine alleges the actress “has threatened to fight for full custody” of their son Maceo “if Olivier dishes the dirt, but that may not stop him.” Money is said to be a factor, as it’s claimed “he can get $1 million to spill the beans on Halle and their relationship.”
“He’s desperate for cash and is worried he won’t get much from Halle because of their prenuptial agreement,” a so-called “source” tells the tabloid. “She’s convinced Olivier will try to ruin her.” Does any of this sound familiar?
It should. Life & Style has a long history of falsely claiming “Star X” is “worried” about a “tell-all” after breaking up with “Star Y.” This kind of story was used for Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries in 2011, Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart last year, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber earlier this year, and Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick in August. And not one of these “tell-alls” has ever come to fruition.
Life & Style is now just applying its same story template to Berry and Martinez, and using the recent tweets from Berry’s exes David Justice and Eric Benet to bolster its claims. But like the magazine’s past “tell-all” allegations, it’s all just tabloid fiction and not based at all in reality. In actuality, Berry and Martinez will likely have a confidentiality agreement restricting what they can say in the press.
But even that aside, a trusted insider tell Gossip Cop, “They wouldn’t do such a thing to each other.” Only Life & Style would.
