Amy Vachal gave new life to “The Way You Look Tonight” during the season 9 Live Playoffs on “The Voice” on Monday. Check out the video below!
As Gossip Cop has reported, Vachal has been celebrated this season not just for her voice, but her equally beautiful looks and sweet disposition. After her Blind Audition, Adam Levine was kicking himself that his team was full. But during the Knockouts, she was dropped by Pharrell, and Levine won the steal over Blake Shelton.
Now with her first live performance, Vachal showed once again why she was in such high demand. Both Levine and Pharrell gave her a standing ovation, with her former coach saying, “That was just effortless. The way that you just sang your way around the stage and those beautiful super colorful runs.” He added, “Yes, I’m sad that I lost you, but I’m happy because I feel like you could win.”
Levine went on to tell Vachal, “We’re going to talk about one thing: That was not ‘The Voice.’ That was watching an artist perform on the show… You absolutely did the best job you could possibly do, and I am so, so thrilled.” Watch below!
