Adele’s new song “When We Were Young” was released in full on Tuesday, accompanied by a performance video. Watch below!
As Gossip Cop reported, the powerhouse vocalist made a comeback last month, releasing “Hello” as her first single in three years and announcing her new album, 25. The song shattered records, won over celebrity fans, and has already inspired countless covers. Earlier this month, Adele sang the track live for the first time at the taping of her BBC Music special.
Then just a little more than a week ago, the British songstress was honored at the NRJ Music Awards. While only a clip of her BBC performance had been released, now fans got to see Adele belt out the song in full. Now just 10 days later, there’s new music to give everyone the chills once more.
A snippet of “When We Were Young” first took the Internet by storm on Monday when it was featured in a segment for Adele’s “60 Minutes Australia” interview. But on Tuesday morning, Adele tweeted, “When We Were Young x,” along with a link to watch the full performance. The video was filmed at The Church Studios in London.
Come Friday, 25 will finally be released. Then Adele will be the musical guest on “Saturday Night Live” the next day. In the meantime, check out “When We Were Young” below, and tell us what you think!
