Taylor Swift and her mom Andrea made a dream come true for a little girl named Taylor Rayburn over the weekend. Rayburn, a 6-year-old suffering from a rare form of kidney cancer, was seated not too far from Andrea Swift at the singer’s concert in Atlanta on Saturday, and when the superstar’s mom noticed the little girl, she invited Rayburn to not only sit with her for a bit, but also to meet Taylor after the concert. See photo below.

In April, Raybun was diagnosed with a Stage 3 Wilms’ tumor that required her to have surgery to remove the mass and one of her kidneys. The little girl sadly had to spend her sixth birthday in a hospital in Alabama. Her mother Allison wanted to do something special for little Taylor, so she surprised her with tickets to Swift’s concert. Never, however, did they expect that Andrea Swift, who’s also battling cancer, would invite the youngster to meet Taylor Swift.

On Sunday, Rayburn’s mom posted a picture of the little girl getting a hug backstage from Taylor Swift, along with the note, “Taylor Swift’s mom… at the end of the concert took us backstage to meet Taylor Swift!!!! Thanks Ms. Andrea, dreams really do come true!”

As Gossip Cop has reported, the Swift often meets with ailing fans. She has visited numerous hospitals over the years to greet sick children, take selfies with them, and even treat them to private performances. Additionally, she’s shared meals with cancer-stricken fans and has brought many of them to meet her backstage at concerts.

Since Taylor spent her birthday in the hospital we surprised her this weekend with a trip to Atlanta and Taylor Swift…
