One Direction unexpectedly released the music video for “Perfect” on Tuesday, not long after canceling a concert at the last minute. Watch below!

As Gossip Cop reported, the group was forced to pull out of its Belfast show after concertgoers had already arrived due to Liam Payne becoming suddenly sick. Reps have declined to reveal what specifically is wrong, and Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, and Harry Styles all took to Twitter to offer apologies. And then the big apology came.

The “Perfect” music video hit YouTube and Vevo with no warning. The official One Direction Twitter account simply tweeted, “#PERFECTMUSICVIDEO.” And Tomlinson posted on his own page, “Here’s the video for Perfect for you guys, hope you love it.”

It’s not clear when the video was actually intended to be released, but it didn’t take long for “#PerfectMusicVideo” to become a trending topic both in the U.S. and worldwide. The clip is shot entirely in black and white, and begins with the guys singing separately in hotel rooms, a nod to the chorus. Eventually they meet up and wreak playful havoc.

The video’s premiere comes less than a week after the track debuted. As Gossip Cop reported, “Perfect” is the second single off One Direction’s new album Made In The A.M. The song was released last Friday, and performed live for the first time at a concert later that day. Check out the video below, and tell us what you think.
