Jimmy Kimmel and Eric Stonestreet made a “terrible” World Series bet on Monday. Check out the video below!
Stonestreet is a die-hard Kansas City Royals fan, making him the arch enemy of Mets fanatic Kimmel. So, who better to make a wager on the World Series? Decked out in full Kansas City gear, the “Modern Family” star appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” to work out the details.
Kimmel admitted he “sprung the idea” on Stonestreet just hours earlier, and joked that the original bet was going to be “loser gets a vasectomy.” Instead, they opted to let “fate decide” with the “Wheel of Terrible Bets.” The options included the loser having to get his ear pierced, or be handcuffed to a Hollywood Blvd. superhero, or perhaps even be shot with paintballs while standing in a bounce house.
But when the wheel was spun, it amazingly landed on “Jimmy’s Choice,” allowing the host to choose any of the options. And he went with the paintball, even though he knew full well he could end up being the one getting pelted. Now the World Series is guaranteed to be painful no matter what happens.
