Keith Urban is NOT “secretly bald,” despite a new report. Gossip Cop can correct the claim, which comes from one of the tabloids. It’s easily one of the week’s most ridiculous stories.
According to the new edition of OK!, while Urban “may be as well-known for his glossy mane as he is for his music or his marriage to Nicole Kidman,” alleged “sources” claim “Nashville is abuzz with rumors that he’s secretly bald!” The magazine goes on to claim that “years ago Keith seemed to be losing his hair — only to reemerge with luxe locks.”
“He’s either got a wig or plugs,” a so-called “insider” tells the outlet. The tipster goes on to mock Urban for supposedly being “obsessed with his looks, almost more than Nicole,” further alleging “he gets his body waxed monthly.” OK! even cracks, “The fight for the mirror must be epic!”
The real joke here is that the magazine expects to be taken seriously when it has absolutely no credibility with Urban. Back in April, OK! falsely alleged he and Kidman were “headed for a split.” And yet just earlier this week, the couple happily celebrated his birthday together.
Now this is yet another bald-faced lie. Gossip Cop is told the OK! hair claims are not just wrong, but also “absurd.”
