Fetty Wap returned to the stage less than a month after he was involved in a serious motorcycle crash in Paterson, New Jersey. But with a busted left foot, the singer performed his entire set seated on a throne at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. See larger version below.

Wap, who was one of the featured musical acts at the Powerhouse 2015 concert, which also included Kendrick Lamar, Meek Mill, and Big Sean, apologized to the crowd for being confined to a chair. He also told the audience that his motorcycle accident was “real scary.” At one point, with the help of two men, the rapper stood up and noted how he hasn’t been able to walk in nearly a month. “I’m a stand up for y’all. I appreciate y’all for having me,” Wap added.

Despite being stuck on the throne, by all accounts, Wap gave a lively performance that included his hits, “Trap Queen,” “My Way,” “Again,” and “679.” An appreciative Wap also addressed would-be singers, telling them, “If you really want to do this [expletive], get up, hit up the studio, and do what you do, man… If you have that talent, put that work in.”

As Gossip Cop reported, Wap was riding his Suzuki motorcycle on September 26 when he tried to pass a car in front of him, and went into the left lane, where he was hit by another auto driving in the opposite direction. Wap has not commented on whether the crash was a result of him not having vision in his left eye after having developed glaucoma as a kid.
