Grab your Kleenex – another celebrity couple has bitten the dust.
Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield have officially broken up after four years of dating, Access Hollywood has learned.
The couple ended their relationship a couple of months ago, according to Us Weekly.
"They still have a lot of love for one another and they are on good terms with each another and remain close," an insider told the mag of the former "Amazing Spider-Man" co-stars. "It just wasn't working."
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Emma and Andrew took a break from dating in April.
With Andrew in Taiwan shooting Martin Scorsese's "Silence" and Emma stateside at the time, the strains of a long-distance relationship began to take a toll.
The actor was noticeably missing from Emma's side at this year's Golden Globes and Academy Awards, where his then-girlfriend was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her "Birdman" performance.
