NBC topped the broadcast networks on Monday night with rebounding episodes of American Ninja Warrior and Running Wild With Bear Grylls.
The stunt competition was up a whopping 62 percent from last week's clip show, averaging a 2.1 rating among adults 18-49. Running Wild was similarly up, on the day it was announced President Obama was set to appear on an Alaska-focused episode, improving four-tenths of a point in the key demo to a 1.3 rating.
ABC saw Bachelor in Paradise (1.5 adults) shed three-tenths of a point at 8 p.m. Talker After Paradise (1.0 adults) and The Whispers (0.7 adults) were steady — the latter airing its season (likely series) finale.
So You Think You Can Dance pulled a steady 0.7 rating among adults 18-49 on Fox. And, on the CW, Whose Line (0.7 adults) jumped three-tenths of a point in between steady episodes of Penn & Teller (0.6 adults) and Significant Mother (0.3 adults).
