Amy Schumer's houseguest etiquette may be impolite, but at least it's hilarious.
The "Trainwreck" star told Stephen Colbert during her "Late Show" appearance on Friday that she raided Jake Gyllenhaal's fridge after a few cocktails and chowed down on a "very old" frozen cake the actor had left behind.
Amy discovered the treat while renting the "Everest" star's two-bedroom digs, and admitted that she couldn’t help but be a little nosy during her stay.

"I went through all of Jake's stuff," she said. "Of course I did. Are you serious?"
Although Jake "gutted the place" before her arrival, Amy said she did take advantage of the forgotten sweets. Despite the cake being "not edible," she enjoyed it as part of a make-believe fantasy in which Jake was in on the fun.

"I would get drunk and I would eat it and I would talk as if he were there and I was at the party that the cake was served at," Amy explained.
Perhaps realizing that her story needed to be seen to be believed, Amy then introduced a video of the mischief in question.
The clip shows the comedienne taking big, two-handed bites straight from the rock-hard cake, even tapping it on the counter to emphasize just how long it had been stranded in Jake's freezer.
She then points out the "U R A Princess" frosting written on the side, and takes the phrase personally.

"Yes, I am," Amy smiles – with her mouth full, of course.
