Emily West made a big return to “America’s Got Talent” on Wednesday, less than a year after becoming the season 9 runner-up. Watch below!
As Gossip Cop reported, West’s powerful voice made her a favorite among the judges last year, especially Howard Stern. On the finale last September, however, she came in second place with magician Mat Franco voted the winner. Still, her well-received run on the NBC competition led to a record deal Sony Masterworks.
That led to West’s new album All For You. The record, featuring the single “Bitter,” was released less than a week ago. For “America’s Got Talent,” though, West performed “Nights In White Satin,” which she shined with on the show last year. This time, though, she wasn’t alone.
West was joined by another “America’s Got Talent” veteran, William Close. The former contestant memorably finished third during season 7, after mesmerizing judges with his Earth Harp. He returned this time with a harp that managed to almost completely taken over the entire Radio City Music Hall theater.
Later this year, West will embark on the “America’s Got Talent Live! The All-Stars Tour” with season 8 runner-up Taylor Williamson and more acts. What can fans expect? Check out the new “AGT” video of West below!
