Caitlyn Jenner is thanking fans after winning “Social Media Queen” at the Teen Choice Awards.

As Gossip Cop reported, the 2015 ceremony was held on Sunday, but most of the categories weren’t broadcast on air. That included Jenner’s, which was related to a post-show press release revealing additional winners. Jenner was up against huge stars: Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Katy Perry, and Nicki Minaj.

And yet Jenner, who has only been on social media for just over two months, managed to win. She tweeted late Monday, “I just heard… We did it! Thank you so much for voting to crown this old newbie! #SocialMediaQueen #TeenChoice.” Jenner included the photo above, which shows her with a photoshopped Teen Choice surf board.

And she wasn’t the only Jenner to be named a winner. Daughter Kendall was named Choice Model, though that honor wasn’t announced on air, either. Meanwhile Kim Kardashian lost in her two categories (Choice Selfie Taker and Choice Instagrammer), while “The Voice” beat “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” for Choice TV: Reality Show.

Prior to her win, Jenner had sent a few tweets “campaigning” for the award, including posting her first-ever selfie, as Gossip Cop reported. TELL US: What do you think of Jenner winning “Social Media Queen” at the Teen Choice Awards?
