Justin Bieber is finally ready to tell fans what he means.
After a month-long tease, the pop sensation's newest single and lyric video dropped on Friday.
"What Do You Mean" is the lead track from the Biebs' first studio album in three years. The 21-year-old said in an "On Air With Ryan Seacrest" interview in July that he recruited the help of renowned producers Skrillex and Jason "Pooh Bear" Boyd to help craft a "consistent" and "cohesive" sound.

Despite its late August release, the song has a "summery" vibe, Justin said.
"It’s really uplifting, clear, poppy, but cool," he added.

The video, directed by Laban, conveys a breezy attitude as well. The black-and-white clip follows pro skateboarders Ryan Sheckler and Chelsea Castro doing tricks across downtown Los Angeles, where they meet up with Justin and he shows off a few moves of his own.
"What do you mean when you nod your head yes, but you wanna say no? What do you mean when you don’t want me to move, but you tell me to go," Justin sings in the track, which he has said is about "flip-floppy girls."
According to Billboard, the Canadian superstar's next album, featuring "What Do You Mean," is set to come out on Nov. 13.
