With complete live-plus-three returns, the AMC series averaged nearly 6 million viewers.

Better Call Saul proved to have remarkable stamina over the course of its freshman series, solidifying its status as cable's No. 1 new series of the year.

With complete live-plus-three day ratings now accounted for, Better Call Saul nabbed an average 5.9 million viewers over the course of its ten-episode run. And that's before the further boost of a full week's worth of time-shifting.

Naturally, the Breaking Bad spinoff was also a strong performer among adults 18-49. It averaged 3.7 million viewers in the key demo, skewing young and pulling a slightly bigger haul among adults 18-49 than 25-54.

Better Call Saul soared in its series premiere, nabbing a record 6.9 million night-of viewers after an episode of The Walking Dead. Its Monday move proved to be no deterrent at all, and Saul wrapped its steady season with 5.1 million viewers last week.

AMC is keen to build on the success of its new scripted night. Turn kicks off its sophomore season on Mondays starting April 13.TV Ratings
