Lil Wayne is being sued by a former bus driver who claims the rapper threatened to kill him. In the lawsuit, Mark Jones says he was subjected to some scary threats after being hired to drive Lil Wayne and his crew on a concert tour last summer.

According to the court filing obtained by TMZ, Jones says that while en route to Buffalo, he pulled over for gas at approximately 11:30 p.m. His stop allegedly infuriated Lil Wayne, who supposedly began ranting, forcing Jones to continue driving without filling up at the gas station.

Jones claims the rapper was not satisfied, allegedly threatening to pistol whip him and kill him. The driver alleges that Lil Wayne pulled out a firearm, cocked it, and told Jones, “I want to get to the hotel now.” Jones says he did exactly that, driving Lil Wayne and the others for approximately 30 minutes in silence.

He’s now suing for false imprisonment, assault and emotional distress. Lil Wayne’s camp has not yet responded to the allegations. Gossip Cop will have updates.
