Kim Kardashian breaks her silence about her stepfather Bruce Jenner’s transition from a man to a woman in a preview clip of a “Today Show” interview, scheduled for Monday. She says it’s a “hard adjustment,” but the whole family “supports him.” See the video below.
Matt Lauer questions the reality star if it took some time for the family to get used to Jenner’s transition. “Was there an adjustment period for family members?” he asks. Kardashian reveals, “I think there is still an adjustment, and there’s family therapy, and we’re really close.” The reality star adds, “I see reports that say this one doesn’t support him, and this one’s over here, and my mom feels this way, and it’s all really so made up. We all really support him. Is it a hard adjustment? Yes.”
As Gossip Cop reported, during a special two-hour interview on Friday with Diane Sawyer, Jenner acknowledged he’s undergoing a transition from male to female, noting he’s felt like a woman inside since he was a young boy. Jenner also shared with Sawyer how Kardashian was the first of his daughters to find out his secret when she accidentally walked in on him wearing a dress.
After the special aired, Kardashian tweeted, “Love is the courage to live the truest, best version of yourself. Bruce is love. I love you Bruce. #ProudDaughter.” Watch a preview clip below of Kim Kardashian’s interview with Matt Lauer, and tell us what you think.
