PAPER TOWNS Trailer: Watch Preview For New Movie From Fault In Our Stars Author

Paper Towns Trailer

(20th Century Fox)

The first trailer for Paper Towns debuted on Thursday. The highly-anticipated film is based on the novel of the same name by John Green, the same author who wrote the hugely-popular book, The Fault In Our Stars, which had an extremely successful movie adaptation last year. Watch the trailer below!

The movie stars Nat Wollf as Quentin, a teenager long-obsessed with his neighbor Margo, who is portrayed by Cara Delevingne in her first leading film role. When Margo disappears after the two share an unexpected all-night adventure, Quentin becomes obsessed with figuring out clues he believes the ever-mysterious Margo left for him. The coming-of-age tale also stars Justin Smith, Austin Abrams, and Halston Sage.

Wollf’s casting was announced nearly a year ago, a few months before The Fault In Our Stars, in which he had a supporting role, hit theaters. Delevingne joined the project last fall, at which time Green tweeted that the model’s “audition blew everyone away (including me!) and she understands Margo profoundly.” Production took place in November and December in North Carolina, which stood in for Florida, as the story is primarily set in Orlando.

After a few release date changes, Paper Towns is currently slated to open on July 24, more than six and a half years after the best-selling book was first published. Check out preview below, and tell us what you think!
