Manganiello Leaves ‘Scream Queens’ – ARTICLE

There has been a "Scream Queens" casting shakeup!

Access Hollywood has learned that "Magic Mike XXL" star Joe Manganiello had to exit the upcoming Ryan Murphy project due to a scheduling conflict.

Meanwhile, Fox has confirmed that Oliver Hudson has joined the series.

Oliver currently stars on ABC's "Nashville" as Jeff Fordham. The 38-year-old actor is the son of Goldie Hawn and Bill Hudson and brother of Kate Hudson.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Lea Michele will once again work with "Glee" executive producer Ryan on "Scream Queens." Nick Jonas, Emma Roberts, Abigail Breslin, Jamie Lee Curtis and Keke Palmer were also previously announced as cast members. Ariana Grande scored a recurring guest star role.

"Scream Queens" is an anthology series about a college campus shaken by a string of murders.

In addition to Ryan, Brad Fulchuk, Ian Brennan and Dante Di Loreto will also executive produce. It's set to begin filming this spring and premiere on Fox in the fall.
