The eternal Material Girl is still inspiring fashion and looks, most recently playing muse to Kim Kardashian's new blond hair.
"I’ve always had this image of Madonna with platinum hair in my references folder on my computer and I’ve been waiting a long time to try the look," the 34-year-old mom told People, of her first time going platinum. "I thought what better time than right now for Paris Fashion Week."
But Kim says her drastic color change wasn't initially planned.

"It was a really last minute decision," she added.
The reality beauty shared a few pics of her shockingly light locks on Instagram on Friday night, which she captioned, "BlondeAmbition," a throwback to Madonna's 1990's tour of the same name.

And Kim's not the only star who's gone platinum for Paris!
Oscar winner Jared Leto also bleached his locks blond (giving us a very real Karl Lagerfeld vibe), and has been spending time with now-blond Kim, her sisters, and mom Kris Jenner.
