Chrissy Teigen is NOT replacing Kelly Osbourne on “Fashion Police,” despite a new report. Gossip Cop can exclusively bust this rumor which was started by Us Weekly. We’re told the report is simply “not true.”

According to the tabloid, E! has been looking at  number potential “celebrity replacements” to fill the seat vacated by Kelly Osbourne at “Fashion Police,” and now they’ve turned their attention to Teigen.

What evidence does the magazine have? Us notes the model “was a red carpet fixture during the 2015 awards show circuit” and “sparked internet memes for her cry face.” The tabloid further adds that Teigen has the “support of millions of fans on Twitter, with whom she discusses a range of topics including trends, her personal life and soup.”

Despite Teigen’s ability to rile up the masses discussing soup, a source close to the model tells Gossip Cop it is “not true” that she’s in the running for the “Fashion Police” job. A spot on the show opened up after Osbourne quit, following a controversial remark Giuliana Rancic made about Zendaya’s red carpet Oscar look. During the February 23 episode, Rancic said Zendaya’s dreadlocks made it look like she smelled like “weed.” The actress publicly took offense and tweeted a long message at the E! host, who immediately issued an apology. Even though Zendaya accepted, Osbourne left the show four days later.
