Jamie Dornan ate himself on Friday’s “The Graham Norton Show.” The Fifty Shades of Grey star was brought face to face with an enormous cake version of his Christian Grey character. Norton cut into the impressive feat of baking, taking chunks out of the pastry Grey’s stomach. “How do you taste?” asked fellow guest Stephen Mangan. Dornan replied, “Better than I imagined.” Watch the video below!
As it happens, the baker herself was in the studio audience. “Can I ask you a question?” Dornan said to her. “Why?” The audience laughed, and the woman explained it’d been baked for an international cake show. She revealed that they also made an edible version of the movie’s infamous “Red Room.” We can only imagine what that looks like.
Not surprisingly, a lot of the conversation on the show revolved around the Fifty Shades phenomenon and the kinky sex it depicts. The actress Julie Walters told a very funny story about meeting a famous madam, who told her she could have her own slave anytime she wanted.
When Norton asked audience members to admit if they’d read the “Fifty Shades” books, tons of women cheered, but only one man was willing to say he had. When asked what he thought of the books, the very brave guy gave an answer that had Dornan doubled over in laughter. Watch the videos below, and tell us what you think!
