Taylor Swift is NOT hosting the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards next month, despite reports. A source close to the situation tells Gossip Cop exclusively, Swift is “not hosting.”
Speculation about Swift’s participation appears to have started with a rumor that the awards show’s press site posted an image announcing Swift as the host of the March 28 festivities. The picture, widespread among young-skewing entertainment news sites on Monday and Tuesday, shows Swift with a “Kids’ Choice Awards” hat superimposed on her head and the Nickelodeon blimp logo on her shirt. Any outlet citing this photo or related alleged materials as some kind of “press release” or announcement of Swift hosting the Kids’ Choice Awards is wrong. Swift has all sorts of things going on professionally at the moment, but the KCA gig is not among them. There’s been a lot of bad information floating around about Swift recently, involving alleged love interests, supposed feuds, and what kind of private stuff was stolen from her by hackers.
