Michelle Branch is ending her over 10-year marriage to husband Theodore "Teddy" Landau.
The "All You Wanted" singer filed divorce papers on February 9 in Los Angeles. In the court papers, obtained by Access Hollywood on Wednesday, she cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind the split.
Michelle is seeking joint custody of their daughter, Owen Isabelle Landau, 9.

The papers also reveal that the former couple will divide their property in mediation and split the cost of legal fees.
The two wed on May 23, 2004 and separated on January 1, 2014.

Michelle's rep has not yet responded to Access' request for comment.
