Max Lomas, the alleged drug dealer who found Bobbi Kristina Brown unconscious in her bathtub last weekend, insists he is not to blame for the unfolding tragedy. Even though drugs were reportedly found at Brown’s home and Lomas is facing drug-related charges tied to a January arrest, an attorney for Lomas says he has not been blamed by law enforcement officials for Brown’s medical emergency. According to what the lawyer tells TMZ, Lomas is cooperating with the investigation.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, suspicions have been raised about Lomas’ involvement, given his checkered past. On January 14, cops investigated him after the family of his girlfriend Danyela Bradley claimed he was drugging her and keeping her against her will. While Bradley denied that allegation, authorities did discover a gun and more than five ounces of pot (along with Xanax, marijuana grinders, a digital scale and 1,000 Ziploc bags).

Lomas was charged with felony drug possession with intent to distribute, and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony. He’s pled not guilty. Last weekend, Lomas was with Brown’s reported husband Nick Gordon when the duo found Brown face down in her tub and called 911. Brown remains in a medically induced coma, fighting for her life. The exact cause of her emergency has not been disclosed, nor has any information about drugs either in her home or her body. Gossip Cop will have updates.
