Justin Bieber is annoyed about all the Photoshop speculation surrounding his recent Calvin Klein photos. On Wednesday, he took to Instagram to share a new picture, apparently hoping to dismiss a lot of the skeptical chatter about his body (see right and below). In the pic, Bieber’s wearing nothing but a towel. He simply captioned it, “Photoshop lol.”
The Biebs’ body has been the subject of a lot of conversation in the days since his Calvin Klein ads first appeared. As Gossip Cop previously reported, critics immediately ripped the pics for being digitally altered, pointing out apparent modifications in everything from Bieber’s musculature to the hairiness of his underwear region. Even onetime Calvin Klein underwear model Mark Wahlberg’s wife Rhea Durham got into it, tweeting about the “retouching” in the Bieber shots.
Even more controversially, there was speculation that Bieber’s penis bulge had been Photoshopped. When one site posted what it claimed to be the original, untouched shots of the singer’s crotch, it received a cease-and-desist from Bieber’s legal team and retracted the story. Bieber’s lawyers believe his penis to be bigger than his critics claim, and the pop star’s trainer told reporters, “I can definitely confirm that he is a well-endowed guy… I sound weird saying that, but yes.”
Now we have Bieber’s new Instagram towel picture, as he laughs off the Photoshop talk. What do you think? See a larger version of the image below.
