Gary Sinise Headed To ‘Criminal Minds’ Spinoff – ARTICLE

CBS has their eye on Gary Sinise to star in the "Criminal Minds" spinoff.

The news will mark the star's return to the network he called home for nine seasons.

"As we wrapped shooting for 'CSI: NY' two years ago and I've been blessed to be able to take this time to work with my foundation, I'm excited, grateful and looking forward to working with Mark Gordon and Erica Messer on the new 'Criminal Minds' spin off and to shooting the pilot next month with pal Joe Mantega and the cast of 'Criminal Minds'' mother ship," Gary posted on WhoSay on Friday.

Gary's been dedicating time to The Gary Sinise Foundation to support active duty members of the military, veterans and first responders. He headlines the Lt. Dan Band – aptly named after his "Forrest Gump" character - which travels all over the world to perform on a USO tour and at other charity functions.
