WGN America's Outsiders (previously Titans) is rounding out its cast.

Hannibal's Joe Anderson and Treme's David Morse have booked series-regular roles in the drama from playwright Peter Mattei, producers Peter Tolan and Paul Giamatti, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

The 13-episode drama centers on the Farrell clan, a family of outsiders who have been in the hills of Appalachia since before anyone can remember. Living off the grid and above the law on their mountaintop homestead, they'll protect their world and defend their way of life using any means necessary. Mattei created and exec produced the Sony Pictures Television and Tribune Studios series alongside Tolan, Giamatti, Dan Carey and Michael Wimer.

Anderson, who replaced Michael Pitt as Mason Verger NBC's Hannibal, will play Asa, a man who bridges the mountain and the "outside" world. While he realizes that saving his people is of huge, symbolic importance, a darker side will emerge as he is forced into a position of vying for power.

Morse is set as Big Foster, a weathered man with a brutal and grandiose primitive power who is hot-blooded and reactive, which makes him all the more dangerous.

The Bridge's Thomas M. Wright stars as Sheriff Houghton, a good cop and functioning bureaucrat in a world that doesn’t ask a lot of him, but just below the surface is a deeply troubled man.

Morse is repped by UTA, Kipperman Management and Katz Golden; Anderson is with CAA, Management 360 and Morris Yorn.

A premiere date for Outsiders, picked up straight to series, has yet to be determined.
