Harry and Lloyd would be proud! On Monday, Jan. 19, Broad City stars and comedy dream team Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer appeared for the very first time on Jimmy Kimmel Live — and to mark the occasion, they sported the neon orange and sky blue iconic tuxes from the 1994 film Dumb & Dumber.

“Thanks for dressing up so fancy for us,” host Kimmel teased.
Broad City's Ilana Glazer and Abbi Jacobson appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Jan. 19 in replicas of the iconic Dumb & Dumber tuxes.
Without directly referencing Dumb & Dumber, Jacobson, 30, launched into an explanation of the thought process that went into picking out their ensembles.

“We got dresses first, splurged,” she said. “We went out in New York, bought these dresses. I think they might be like the best dresses we’ve ever bought for ourselves. And then we were like ‘No.’”

The Comedy Central stars were celebrating the Jan. 14 premiere of their show’s second season. When Kimmel asked if their character's wild antics were based on real life or "cooked up in the comedy room," Glazer blushed and Jacobson responded, "It's very, very heightened."
