Betty White’s 93rd Birthday Celebrated With Hot in Cleveland Costar Flash Mob: Watch

One lucky birthday girl! Betty White turned 93 on Saturday, Jan. 17, and was celebrated by her costars in a big way.

The Emmy-winning actress arrived on the Los Angeles set of her show Hot in Cleveland on Friday, Jan. 16 to a special birthday surprise. White was being driven around the lot in a golf cart when an assistant asked her, "Is today your actual birthday?"

"Tomorrow!" the veteran star responded.

"I think there might be a little bit of a celebration for your birthday..." the man teased. 

As White was driven up to the set, she was met by the cast and crew doing the hula. "Everyday on set, Betty is greeted by her assistant with a hula - today's hula dance was a very special surprise in honor of her 93rd birthday!" TV Land wrote in a caption accompanying a video of the surprise.

Dressed in hula skirts, leis, Hawaiian shirts, and sarongs, White's coworkers danced and clapped in honor of the star as music played, performing coordinated routines.

Finally, the three main Hot in Cleveland stars, Valerie Bertinelli (Melanie), Jane Leeves (Joy), and Wendie Malick (Victoria), emerged as the group shouted, "Happy birthday, Betty!"

Starting to tear up as she grinned and clapped with delight, White exclaimed, "At 93, you shouldn't be doing this!"

"Happy Birthday, Betty!!! We love you so much," Leeves tweeted

"What do you get the woman who has everything?" Malick added of the flash mob. "Happy Birthday, Betty!"
