Alisyn Camerota is replacing Kate Bolduan as co-anchor on CNN's New Day morning show, a rep for the network confirms to The Hollywood Reporter.

The move comes after several weeks of speculation that there would be some shuffling at the desk of New Day — the first big series launch under Jeff Zucker's CNN era that has featured Bolduan, Chris Cuomo and Michaela Pereira since it premiered in April 2013.

As for news anchor Pereira, she's been promoted to co-anchor of the morning show, alongside Camerota and Cuomo. As for Bolduan, who is currently on maternity leave, when she returns to CNN she'll join John Berman as co-anchor of CNN's @This Hour program, which airs at 11 a.m. ET.

Camerota joined CNN in July after spending 16 years at Fox News. At Fox, she served as co-host of America's News Headquarters and before that co-anchored Fox & Friends Weekend and contributed to the weekday edition of Fox News' morning show.
