Except wait. Is this man wearing khakis?
There's something off about this picture. At first glance, it appears the couple has been staged to have just woken up with the sun, still cuddling in their pajamas. Then you look a little closer and realize the man is wearing business casual slacks.

There is a phenomenon in the world of stock photography where men consistently pose shirtless with their pregnant wives.
Not "My wife is posing in her underwear to showcase her pregnancy, so I'll wear boxers or pajama pants or something." These men are invariably wearing trousers.

Even when the woman is fully dressed.
Often the woman will be in underwear, or a shirt otherwise tailored to emphasize the pregnancy — but none of this explains why the man is not wearing a shirt. The man is not pregnant. His belly means nothing.
