Niall Horan spread some holiday cheer to sick kids in Dublin on Tuesday. The One Direction singer, who hails from Ireland, took time before spending Christmas with his family to visit children at Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital in Crumlin, a Dublin suburb. He even posed in a number of photos with the kids (see below).

While the big-hearted singer humbly did not mention his visit with the sick children on social media, the hospital later posted on Facebook, “For our patients it was a dream come true to meet the one and only Niall Horan today. We’d like to say a huge thank you to Niall for visiting Crumlin Hospital and for putting huge smiles on all our patient’s faces. You’ve really made this a Christmas to be remembered.”

At the same time Horan was at the hospital, the band’s one-hour primetime program, “One Direction: The TV Special,” was airing in the United States, featuring taped performances by the group and a lot of behind-the-scenes footage, including Horan dancing around in his underwear as he and Zayn Malik sang their hit song, “Steal My Girl.” Later on Tuesday, One Direction also appeared in a taped segment on the “Tonight Show,” during which Horan expressed what he was “thankful” for, which included being on the talk show for the first time and meeting Fallon. Check out the photos below of Horan at Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital in Dublin and tell us what you think.
