Kristin Chenoweth to Perform at the New Now Next Awards

This year's Now Next Awards has lined up its talent.

The Logo TV event, which bids 2014 goodbye and predicts who and what will dominate pop culture in the coming year, will be hosted by actor and singer Darren Criss. Kicking off Art Basel from Kimpton’s Surfcomber Miami, South Beach, the awards show will feature a performance by Kristin Chenoweth from her live CD "Coming Home". The Emmy and Tony Award-winning actress and singer joins previously announced performers Betty Who and Jessie J, who will sing her hit "Burning Up".

Set to narrate the show, which will air on Logo TV on Sunday, Dec. 7 and on MTV on Friday, Dec. 12, is Cyndi Lauper. She joins a growing list of special appearances from actors, including Nick CannonTyler GlennLooking stars Raúl Castillo and Frankie Alvarez, Girl Code's Nicole Byer, Awkward’s Molly Tarlov, and Faking It’s Katie Stevens and Michael J. Willett.

"So many talented and diverse voices broke new ground in music, television, film, theater and the arts this year,” said Chenoweth. "I am beyond excited to celebrate the latest and greatest at the New Now Next Awards with a special performance that infuses a new and modern twist into some classics."

Joe Jonas will serve as the celebrity DJ for the event.
