The actor appears on Hallmark Channel's daytime series Home & Family on Monday morning, where he provides a handy primer on all seven seasons of the sitcom, which aired from 1985-92 on ABC. He breaks out an '80s-era wig to really give the full effect. (Cameron gets back into the Growing Pains spirit around the :50-second mark.)
