Benedict Cumberbatch had quite the appearance on Friday’s “The Graham Norton Show,” strutting like Beyonce, meeting his own wax figure for the first time, and responding to rumors that he’ll appear in the next Star Trek and Star Wars movies.
After fellow guest Miranda Hart showed everyone the perfect pop star strut, Cumberbatch tried to match Beyonce’s inimitable walk as “Crazy In Love” played. We were suitably impressed with his moves.
Norton grilled Cumberbatch over his rumored participated in the new Star Wars, and the actor gave an impressive Jar Jar Binks impression. Cumberbatch also had to answer for his repeated mispronunciation of the word “penguin,” a problem since he’s set to star in a movie called Penguins of Madagascar.
Cumberbatch also came face-to-face with his new Madame Tussauds wax figure, using the opportunity to photo bomb… himself. All in all, it was a magical moment.
