Lorde is freaking out over an incredibly realistic portrait made by a fan.
“This masterpiece was done by a boy called fabian in berkeley – THANKYOU FABIAN YOU WONDERFUL SOUL,” tweeted the singer on Friday, along with an image of the painting, copied from her Rolling Stone cover image (see below).
Lorde added, “thankyou for all of your letters, drawings and lovely bits and pieces you make for me, dudes. means the world.”
Referring to Fabian’s portrait, she tweeted, “i can’t get over it.”
Lorde then pointed out his attention to details (“what’s that? oh just my actual bracelets that i actually wear”) and artistic mastery (“nbd just a perfectly painted face”).
