Ariana Grande is NOT the “diva” tabloids keep insisting, and Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk the latest absurd rumor, which claims she has a “weird water demand.” The story originated in Star, an outlet Grande humiliated earlier this year when she herself busted the tab’s made-up speculation that she was dating Adrian Grenier.
Star must still be upset about Grande exposing its ignorance, because now the tab is insisting that behind the scenes she’s “racking up a slew of outrageous incidents.” According to the magazine, at the recent BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards, Grande forced an assistant to “feed her water” rather than carry a bottle herself.
“She had an assistant follow her around with a bottle of water and a straw. And as soon as she was feeling a bit parched, she would scream, ‘Water!’ and the girl would scurry over,” explains a so-called “eyewitness” for Star. “At one point, the water was too warm for her liking, so she spit it out!”
If this rumored water-related diva behavior seems like the desperate ramblings of an outlet that’s proven it doesn’t really know what’s going on with Grande, that’s because it is. When Gossip Cop asked about this latest report, a rep for Grande laughed it off, sarcastically calling the ridiculous rumor “amazing.”
