A very pregnant Kourtney Kardashian was spotted running around Hollywood in her Mercedes Benz SLS earlier this week. Closing the door on the SLS has to be hard enough when you're barley 5' tall but being pregnant on top of that has to be even more of a challenge. Maybe she should stick to her S-Class from now on...
