Katy Perry took to Twitter on Tuesday to blast an unnamed “mean girl,” following rumors she’s been secretly feuding with Taylor Swift.
“Watch out for the Regina George in sheep’s clothing,” Perry tweeted, referencing the calculating Mean Girls character, played by Rachel McAdams.
Less than 24 hours before, Swift revealed to Rolling Stone that her song “Bad Blood” from her upcoming pop album “1989″ is not about a guy, but rather about a female recording artist, who tried to sabotage one of her tours.
“We’re just straight-up enemies,” Swift told the music magazine.
Both singers notably had relationships with John Mayer, as well as tours that began in February 2011.
